目的评价重庆市黔江区消除碘缺乏病防治措施落实情况和防治效果,为该区碘缺乏病目标评估提供科学依据。方法全区按行政区划分为东、南、西、北、中5个方位,每个方位随机抽取1个乡镇;每个乡镇随机抽取4个村,每个村抽取10份居民食用盐,5个方位共200份居民食用盐检测碘含量;每个乡镇调查1所小学8~10岁儿童80名(男、女各半),5个方位共400名进行甲状腺触诊法检查;每个乡镇调查1所小学8~10岁儿童尿样20份(男、女各半),5个方位共100份计算尿碘中位数;每个乡镇调查1所小学5年级学生30名,5个方位共调查150名学生的健康教育知晓情况。调查5个方位碘盐销售网络建设、碘盐销售点数量和分布、碘盐货源和销售量等情况。结果 5个调查点的居民用户食用盐碘含量合格率为95.5%。8~10岁儿童尿碘中位数为245.9μg/L,其中50~200μg/L占66%,>300μg/L占30%,<50μg/L占3%。8~10岁儿童甲状腺肿大率为4.25%。5年级学生防治知识及格率为85.33%,平均分为4.46分(满分为5)。结论黔江区消除碘缺乏病各项技术指标达到消除碘缺乏病目标标准。
Objective To evaluate the implementation of the prevention and cure measures for iodine deficiency disorders in Qianjiang district of Chongqing and to provide the scientific basis for the assessment of the target of iodine deficiency disorders in this area. Methods The whole district was divided into five directions: east, south, west, north and middle according to the administrative district. One township was randomly selected for each location. Results The resident users in 5 survey sites qualified 95.5% of salt and iodine content. The urinary iodine median of children aged 8-10 was 245.9μg / L, of which 50-200μg / L accounted for 66%,> 300μg / L 30%, and <50μg / L 3%. Golet’s rate in children aged 8 to 10 was 4.25%.
