鉴于学校五年制高职大专班学生增多的现状,本文针对学生大都是独生子女的特点,探讨了建设好一个团结、学习向上的班集体的方法,探索班主任工作的新方式。
In view of the current situation of the increasing number of students in the five-year vocational college, this paper discusses the method of building a united and progressive class and explores the new way of working as a class teacher in view of the characteristics that most students are only children.
