目的探讨微射流提取技术在天然植物抗过敏活性成分中的应用情况。方法选用常用的10味抗过敏天然植物,以煎煮法、渗漉法、超声提取和微射流提取进行多糖及总黄酮的提取效果对比,以透明质酸酶体外抑制试验进行抗过敏效果对比。结果微射流提取法对多糖的提取率是超声提取法的1.1倍、煎煮法的1.2倍、渗漉提取法的1.5倍;对总黄酮类的提取率是超声提取法的1.1倍、煎煮法的1.1倍、渗漉提取法的2.5倍;对透明质酸酶的抑制效果是超声提取法的1.2倍、煎煮法的1.5倍、渗漉提取法的1.6倍。结论微射流提取技术在天然植物抗过敏活性成分制备应用中有着明显的技术优势。
Objective To investigate the application of micro-jet extraction technology in the anti-allergic active ingredients of natural plants. Methods Ten common allergenic natural plants were selected to compare the extraction effects of polysaccharides and flavonoids by decoction method, percolation method, ultrasonic extraction and micro-jet extraction. The anti-allergic effect was compared with the inhibition test of hyaluronidase in vitro. Results The extraction rate of polysaccharides by micro-jet extraction was 1.1 times that of ultrasonic extraction, 1.2 times by boiling method and 1.5 times by percolation extraction method. The extraction rate of total flavonoids was 1.1 times that of ultrasonic extraction method, 1.1 times the law, percolation extraction method 2.5 times; inhibitory effect of hyaluronidase ultrasonic extraction 1.2 times, 1.5 times the boiling method, percolation extraction method 1.6 times. Conclusion Micro-jet extraction technology has obvious technical advantages in the preparation and application of anti-allergic active ingredients of natural plants.
