虽然我国已经将权利平等的保护理念渗透到实际的刑事诉讼中,但是根据多年的社会实践显示刑事法律援助制度仍然存在着一定的问题,所以应该找到问题的症结所在从而完善法律援助制度,使人们的合法权益得到有效保护。完善法律援助制度不仅利于实现人权保障和司法公正,而且也利于我国公民社会的建立和律师职业的发展。
