电磁离合器是机床控制用的电磁执行元件,应用极广泛。但在使用中由于电磁离合器有剩磁存在,往往会发生几个进给方向连动故障,轻则影响加工质量,重则使加工工件报废,甚至损坏机床设备。以往的解决方法,一般把离合器从机床上拆下,然后放在退磁器上作退磁处理,工作量大且复杂。几年前,笔者在B2620镗床电控线路中加入图1中所示的虚线部分简单线路,解决了剩磁带来的问题,使用效果很好。
Electromagnetic clutch is the electromagnetic actuator used in machine control, a very wide range of applications.
