目的 探讨空军歼(强)击机飞行员颈部损伤的状况及导致损伤的因素。方法 对520名歼强击机飞行员作问卷调查及统计。结果 73.9%的飞行员曾经历过颈部损伤,47.1%的飞行员认为颈部损伤影响飞行训练。导致飞行员颈部损伤的主要因素为飞行中的加速度、头盔重量和一个飞行日累计的留空时间。在统计的12个月里,有22.3%的飞行员颈部不适超过30天。结论 应高度重视飞行员的颈部损伤,并需就此继续进行深入研究。
Objective To investigate the status of neck injuries and the factors that cause injuries in Air Force J-pilots. Methods Questionnaire investigation and statistics on 520 fighter attack pilots were conducted. Results 73.9% of pilots had experienced neck injuries, 47.1% of pilots considered neck injuries affect flight training. The main factors that lead to the pilot’s neck injury are the acceleration in flight, the weight of the helmet and the accumulated leave time on a flight day. In the 12 months of statistics, 22.3% of pilots had neck discomfort for more than 30 days. Conclusion The pilot’s neck injury should be given a high priority and further research is needed.
