我厂三台7—29—12型煤粉鼓风机,是三台回转窑窑头输送煤粉的唯一设备,转速1480r/min,轴承润滑方式是半浸式润滑;风机与JR117—4型,180kW电动机配套。一九九○年以前,这三台风机的轴承一直采用40~#~50~#机械油润滑。由于转速高,轴承易发热,再加上从磨机过来的已预热的煤粉温度在70~80℃,煤粉温度从主轴传到轴承。由于温度高,润滑粘度下降,轴承润滑不良,易损坏,油封易变形,轴承两端常年严重漏油,尽管一星期加油一次(每次加油5kg),也无际于事,往往3~4个月换轴承或油封一次,维修费用极高,对生产影响不小,油耗大又严重污染环境。每次检修都发现油池中严重缺油,附在轴承、主轴、池壁上的油已被烧成积炭,油封被烧焦变形。
