本文比较详细地介绍了在汽轮机设计过程中如何选择支承刚度,使之与转子刚度相匹配,从而使转子的临界转速避开工作转速,保证机组的安全、稳定运行。从文中给出的曲线图上可直接查出所需要的数据,从而大大地减少了设计时的计算工作量。本文介绍的方法也适合一般的旋转机械。
This paper introduces in detail how to choose the support stiffness in the process of turbine design so as to match the rotor stiffness so that the critical speed of the rotor can avoid the working speed and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit. From the graph given in the paper can be directly identified the required data, thus greatly reducing the computational workload at design time. This article describes the method is also suitable for general rotating machinery.
