目的为了解实现网络直报后全市医疗机构传染病疫情报告的管理的质量现状,找出存在的的问题和不足,探索行之有效的方法。方法于2007年10月对长治市各级各类医疗机构,2006年7月1日至2007年6月30日期间传染病疫情报告工作进行了调查。结果调查法定报告传染病17种2572例,漏报率为0.74%,迟报率为4.27%;报卡完整率为93.89%。结论规范、具体、可操作性强的院内传染病报告自查和奖惩制度,加强对医疗机构疫情报告人员的业务培训和技术指导,提高其业务素质是提高报告质量的关键。
Objective To understand the quality status quo of the management of epidemic situation reports of infectious diseases in medical institutions in the city immediately after network direct reporting, find out the existing problems and shortcomings and explore effective methods. Methods In October 2007, a survey was conducted on the reporting of infectious diseases in various medical institutions at all levels in Changzhi City from July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007. Results A total of 2572 cases of 17 kinds of infectious diseases were legally reported. The omission rate was 0.74% and the rate of late reporting was 4.27%. The complete rate of reporting cards was 93.89%. Conclusion The standardized, specific and operable self-inspection and rewards and punishment system for in-hospital infectious diseases report reinforces the professional training and technical guidance for epidemic reporting staff in medical institutions and enhances their professional quality is the key to improving the quality of the report.
