当前的农村学校在政府和社会在逐渐关注均衡的形势下,开始有了觉醒和冲动,但面临的更多的是由于资源重组所带来的巨大的痛苦。基础薄弱、师资不稳定、生源条件差、社会教育环境恶劣,更重要的还是缺钱,没有自身造血功能却要面对依靠政府输血而带来的改善机能的诱惑。农村学校依靠什么生存,如何避免被边缘化的危险而寻求办学突破,我想需要文化,需要文化创造力和价值形成
The current rural schools begin to wake up and impulse when the government and society gradually pay attention to the balance. However, they are facing more tremendous suffering caused by the reorganization of resources. The foundation is weak, the teachers are unstable, the source of students is poor, the social education environment is bad, but more important is the lack of money. Without its own hematopoietic function, it has to face the temptation to improve the function brought about by the government blood transfusion.
