研究了采用溶胶-凝胶法制备SiO_2/TiO_2复合材料,利用XRD、FT-IR、SEM及比表面分析法等对复合材料的形貌、晶型等进行了表征。结果表明:SiO_2/TiO_2为球形介孔材料且有Si—O—Ti键的形成;一定量的SiO_2掺杂和材料的介孔结构,大大提高了复合材料的比表面积;所制备SiO_2/TiO_2复合光催化剂对亚甲基蓝的光催化降解实验结果表明,SiO_2/TiO_2复合材料具有优异的吸附及光催化降解性能。
The synthesis of SiO_2 / TiO_2 composite by sol-gel method was studied. The morphology and crystal structure of the composites were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, SEM and specific surface analysis. The results show that SiO 2 / TiO 2 is a spherical mesoporous material with Si-O-Ti bond formation. A certain amount of SiO 2 doping and the mesoporous structure of the material increase the specific surface area greatly. The prepared SiO 2 / TiO 2 composite Photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue photocatalytic results show that, SiO 2 / TiO 2 composite has excellent adsorption and photocatalytic degradation.
