书画家在写字作画中用毛笔作功,运笔是大有学问的。运笔在于运腕,运腕最高一层的功夫就是在“炼气”。何谓“炼气”?春秋战国时期的著名思想家墨子讲:“炼气即行气。”书画家“炼气”的具体操作就是运笔行气。 平时报刊上谈及书画养生,对书画家长寿的文章往往是只知其末,未知其本,对谈书画家写字作画中通过运笔行气“炼气”养生的机理很少涉及。在现实生活中,各门派书画家谈运笔行气“炼气”奥妙的很少,大部分是口授心传,“八仙过海,各显神通”。鄙人是上海九曲书画馆常务理事长、书法师,在长期的教学实践中,悟出了几点书写作画中运笔行气炼气的浅见,分三点阐述,旨在抛砖引玉,敬请大德贤士指教。
