自Geisf氏报道多发性肝囊肿以来,至1946年文献記載已有500例之多。国內龔氏和罗氏亦有报告。我院于1963—1964年曾发現多囊性肝肾2例,茲报告如下。病例报告例1 桑××,男,50岁,住院号57,565。于1963年1月29日住院,主訴1年来上腹部压迫感,半年前发現肝脏肿大。素日食慾良好,无黄疸、发热及肝区疼痛,病后不見消瘦。既往身体健康,二年前发現高血压,无其他病史。查体:体溫36℃,血压150/100毫米汞柱。一般情况良好,皮肤和巩膜无黄染,未見蜘蛛痣及皮下结节。心脏稍左大,心音正常,心律整。肺阴性。腹平软,肝脏于锁骨中綫肋緣下4厘米及剑突下7.5厘米,表面不平滑呈結节状,中等硬度。脾在肋下1厘米。左腎于肋緣下6厘米,右腎于肋緣下3厘米可触及。化驗:血紅蛋白14克％,紅细胞461万/立方毫米,白細胞6800/立方毫米,多核80％,淋巴20％。尿蛋白(±),其他(-)。大便有蛔虫卵。瓦氏反应阴性。酚紅試驗第一小时排出48.2％,第二小时排出12.2％。肝功能試驗:麝香草酚浊度2.4单位,胆紅质0.6毫克,谷丙轉氨酶13单

Our hospital in 1963-1964 years found polycystic liver and kidney in 2 cases, it is reported as follows. Case report 1 Sang × ×, male, 50 years old, hospital number 57,565. January 29, 1963 hospitalized, complained of upper abdominal pressure over the past year, half a year ago found that the liver enlargement. Vegetarian good appetite, no jaundice, fever and liver pain, no thin after illness. Past physical health, hypertension was found two years ago, no other history. Physical examination: body temperature 36 ℃, blood pressure 150/100 mm Hg. In general, the skin and sclera without yellow dye, no spider nevus and subcutaneous nodules. Heart slightly left, normal heart sound, rhythm whole. Lung-negative. Abdomen soft, liver in the middle of the clavicle under the rib margin 4 cm and xiphoid 7.5 cm, the surface is not smooth nodular, moderate hardness. Spleen 1 cm in the ribs. Left kidney 6 cm under the costal margin, right kidney 3 cm below the costal margin can be touched. Laboratory tests: 14 grams of hemoglobin, 461,000 erythrocytes / cubic mm, white blood cells 6800 / cubic mm, multi-core 80%, lymphatic 20%. Urinary protein (±), others (-). Ascaris eggs have stools. Valsalva negative. The phenol red test discharged 48.2% in the first hour and 12.2% in the second hour.
