求解柴油机燃烧室的容积,一般说来有两种方法,即计算法和试验法。对于形状比较复杂,且无一定规律的燃烧室,采用试验法较为方便。对于有一定几何规律和以回转中心线对称的直喷式燃烧室来说(如各类ω型燃烧室、碟形燃烧室等),采用计算法较为简便,且精度也较高。本文介绍一种利用积分的原理来求解燃烧室容积的方法。
Solving the diesel engine combustion chamber volume, in general, there are two methods, namely the calculation method and test method. For the more complex shape, and no certain rules of the combustion chamber, the use of test method is more convenient. For the direct injection combustion chamber with certain geometric regularity and symmetrical rotation center line (such as various types of ω-type combustion chamber, disc combustion chamber, etc.), the calculation method is simpler and the precision is also higher. This article describes a method using the principle of integration to solve the combustion chamber volume.
