作者对5例生长至成年的支气管肺发育不良患者和对照组的高分辨CT表现进行回顾性分析。5位患者在新生儿期即被诊断为支气管发育不良,3例女性,2例男性,年龄20～26岁(平均25岁),出生体重990～2268g(平均1860g),妊娠期28～35周(平均31周),在新生儿期曾靠机械换气8～42天(平均18天)。对照组是按患者的年龄和性别挑选的无肺疾病
The authors performed a retrospective analysis of high resolution CT findings in 5 patients with bronchopulmonary dysplasia and controls that had grown to adulthood. Five patients were diagnosed as having bronchodysplasia in the neonatal period. Three women, two males, aged 20 to 26 years (mean, 25 years), and birth weights, 990 to 2268 g (mean, 1860 g), and gestational age from 28 to 35 weeks (An average of 31 weeks) and had mechanical ventilation during the neonatal period of 8 to 42 days (an average of 18 days).
