经济社会的和谐发展不仅需要资源、机制,还需要进一步激发创业精神,以和谐创业推动和谐社会建设。客观地估计镇江市创业环境,提出镇江市创业环境建设的对策措施,对落实科学发展观和构建和谐社会战略具有重大意义。近期,我市开展了《镇江创业型城市建设中创业文化培育和创业环境建设的对策与措施研究》一课题,该课题获得的数据和所得结论对于政府决策,对于个人、团体和组织从事创业活动和经营决策,对于镇江市打造生活品质之城战略,对于推进和谐创业、建设和谐社会均有理论和实践意义。
