日前,国务院印发《关于加快发展节能环保产业的意见》(以下简称“《意见》”),意在加快发展节能环保产业,释放市场潜在需求,形成新的增长点,为稳增长、调结构、扩内需,改善环境质量,保障和改善民生,推动加快生态文明建设作出贡献。《意见》提出了近3年促进节能环保产业加快发展的目标:到2015年,节能环保产业总产值要达到4.5万亿元,产值年均增速保持15%以上,产业技术水平显著提升,国产设备和产品基本满足市场需求,为实现节能减排目标奠定坚实的物质基础和技术保障。
