目的探讨布鲁杆菌病人体内T淋巴细胞及相关细胞因子的变化。方法用流式细胞术检测外周血单个核细胞中CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞和CD4/CD8比例;用ELISA法检测血清中IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4和IL-5。结果试验组外周血CD4+T细胞和CD4/CD8比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而CD8+T细胞与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);试验组血清中IFN-γ和IL-2水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而IL-4和IL-5水平与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论布鲁杆菌感染后T细胞免疫主要表现为Th1功能增强,这可能对机体清除病原菌有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the changes of T lymphocytes and related cytokines in Brucella patients. Methods The proportion of CD4 + T cells, CD8 + T cells and CD4 / CD8 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells were detected by flow cytometry. The levels of IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-5 in serum were detected by ELISA. Results The percentage of CD4 + T cells and CD4 / CD8 in the peripheral blood of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference between the control group and the CD8 + T cells (P> 0.05) γ and IL-2 levels were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05), while IL-4 and IL-5 levels were not significantly different from the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion The T cell immunity after Brucella infection mainly shows the enhancement of Th1 function, which may be of great significance to the removal of pathogenic bacteria.
