本文利用改进的三羟基吲哚法测定肾上腺素 .实验表明 ,在 p H=8.7的硼砂缓冲溶液中 ,肾上腺素用 K3Fe( CN) 6氧化后 ,加入巯基乙醇溶液 ,能稳定吲哚衍生物 ,从而可以在碱性条件下测定肾上腺素 ,同时在该条件下多巴、多巴胺不能形成发荧光的产物 ,不干扰它的测定 ,由此提出了一种灵敏、选择性测定肾上腺素的分析方法
In this paper, epinephrine was determined by the modified trihydroxyindole method. The results showed that epinephrine was oxidized by K3Fe (CN) 6 in borax buffer solution with p H = 8.7, then the mercaptoethanol solution was added to stabilize the indole derivatives, Thus, epinephrine can be assayed under alkaline conditions, and under this condition dopa, dopamine, can not form a fluorescent product without interfering with its assay, thereby providing a sensitive and selective assay for the determination of epinephrine
