在市场化程度日益深化的条件下,做好国有企业的党建思想政治工作一直是一个值得研究的课题。目前在很多国有企业中,党建思想政治工作处境尴尬,党组织的作用基本停留在制度宣讲的层面,基层支部政治核心作用不明显,组织生活不规范,活动载体不适用,党员意识淡薄,群众对党员领导干部的印象不佳等现象十分突出。为寻找问题的根源,笔者对某能源行业大型国有企业的党建思想政治工作情况进行了调研,发现造成一些突出的问题,也许可以作为下一步改进企业党建工作的
Under the conditions of deepening marketization, it is always worthwhile to do a good job in ideological and political work of party building in state-owned enterprises. At present, in many state-owned enterprises, ideological and political work in the party construction is in an awkward position. The role of the party organization basically rests on the preaching of the system. The core political functions of the grassroots branches are not obvious.
