目的通过对同一餐饮单位连续发两起食物中毒事件的调查思考,为今后预防和监管提供依据。方法采用流行病学与现场卫生学调查,结合实验室检测结果分析。结果根据临床表现、流行病学调查、现场卫生学调查和实验室检测结果,依据WS/T86-1996《副溶血性弧菌食物中毒诊断标准及处理原则》,确定为副溶血性弧菌食物中毒。结论把关餐饮单位预防性审查,做好经常性监督管理,积极开展知识宣传,提高从业人员认识,可有效预防类似事件发生。
Objective To investigate and give consideration to two consecutive food poisoning incidents by the same catering company and provide the basis for prevention and supervision in the future. Methods Epidemiology and field health survey, combined with laboratory test results. Results According to clinical manifestations, epidemiological investigation, field health survey and laboratory test results, according to WS / T86-1996 “Diagnostic criteria and principles of food poisoning of Vibrio parahaemolyticus”, it was identified as Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning . Conclusion Preventing censorship of catering units, making regular supervision and management, actively carrying out knowledge propaganda and raising awareness among practitioners can effectively prevent similar incidents from occurring.
