在社会经济发展中,建筑行业的也得到了突飞猛进的发展。在社会功能越来越完善的过程中,公共建筑的数量与规模也在不断增加。作为城市建设的一部分重要内容,公共建筑的好坏关系到城市建设发展水平。在公共建筑工程管理中,应用智能化管理能够有效减少管理人员的工作压力,同时提高公共建筑的管理水平,从而推动城市发展进步。本文分析了公共建筑智能化工程管理模式的现状,并指出了其中存在的问题,最后提出了几点相应的解决措施,希望能够与同行业人士相互交流借鉴。
In the social and economic development, the construction industry has also been by leaps and bounds. In the course of improving social functions, the number and size of public buildings are also on the increase. As an important part of urban construction, the quality of public buildings is related to the level of urban construction and development. In the management of public construction projects, the application of intelligent management can effectively reduce the work pressure of managers, while improving the management of public buildings, thereby promoting the urban development and progress. This article analyzes the status quo of intelligent management of public buildings and points out the existing problems, and finally puts forward some corresponding solutions, hoping to exchange views with other people in the industry.
