目前，省辖市地税系统机构改革已近尾声。南阳市地税局在机构改革中，坚持“三个到位”，狠抓“五项工作”，为机构改革进行了成功的探索。
At present, the provincial municipal tax system reform is nearing completion. In the course of institutional reform, Nanyang Municipal Local Taxation Bureau adhered to the “three positions” and paid close attention to “five tasks” to conduct a successful exploration of institutional reform.
