当前,我国经济持续健康快速发展,同时经济增长也面临着下行的压力,建筑业的发展机遇与挑战并存。建筑企业需进一步加快推进发展方式的转变,进一步深化体制和机制的改革,加快做大做强的步伐。辨清形势迎接挑战2011年我国经济增长“三驾马车”模式已发生趋势性变化,主要动力已经从投资和出口转向内需,今后这一趋势还将强化。去年,我国GDP9.2%的增幅里,投资拉动了5个百分点,消费拉动了4.7个百分点,外需是负0.5个百分点。也就是说,投资对GDP增长的贡献率是54.2%,比2010年下降0.6个百分点;
