在本届ESSEN展上全世界主要焊接机器人制造商都将自己先进的焊接机器人拿到会上展出,令人眼花缭乱。以焊接机器人为代表的焊接自动化水平很高。据悉,目前全世界每年各工业机器人装机数量已超过7万台,其中40%为焊接机器人。焊接机器人的拥有量已达到70多万台。由于焊接机器人的应用,为焊接自动化提供了先进的载体,为进一步提高焊接生产效率奠定了基础。于是,为更好的发挥焊接机器人的潜力,急需高效率的焊接方法。本届展览会上展出的高效率焊接方法有双丝MIG/MAG焊、TIME焊、激光-MIG焊等。
