针对刺人参[Oplopanax elatus(Nakai)Nakai]种子繁育出苗率低,且当年出苗不齐,形成隔年播种的问题。经试验采取变温层积加赤霉素浸种处理,100mg/L赤霉素浸种发芽率达到91.4%。种胚必须经过形态后熟和生理后熟2个不同阶段,种子内的抑制物质通过人为处理来打破,可以实现当年采种,次年春天播种育苗的生产需要。播种密度以1cm×5cm为佳,优质苗产量为1 700株/m2,占69%。立枯病防治以播种后按50mL/m2用40%福尔马林1.0%药液喷洒床面进行土壤消毒,苗木出土展齐叶后喷施等量式波尔多液1.0%药液,以后每隔15d喷一次,效果最好。
