“创新教育”已经成了近年来的一个时髦语词。众多专家学者围绕创新教育发表了许多深奥的言论，出版了众多煌煌的巨著，让人感到创新教育既可敬又可畏，似乎离我们的教育现实十分遥远。实际上，在我们的教育实践活动中几乎时时处处蕴藏着创新的因素，每一位老师也都在自觉不自觉地进行着种种创新。诚如陶行知先生所说：“处处是创造之地，天天是创造之时，人人是创造之人 !”由此可见，创新教育并不神秘，创新教育就在我们身边。为了展示老师们在日常工作中所进行的种种创新，我刊特意开辟了“创新教育百例”专栏，这个栏目面向全体教师：无论是在思想教育工作中还是在课堂教学里，无论是在班级管理中还是在课外活动设计上，只要有所创新，哪怕是一个片断、一个细节，都可以写下来，寄给我们。我们衷心希望老师们能大胆敞开思维，展示自己的创意 ! 以下发表的一组文章就是普通老师们的创造，希望这些短文能对大家有所启发。 (来稿请在信封上注明“创新教育百例”字样 )
Innovative Education has become a buzzword in recent years. Many experts and scholars have made many abstruse remarks about innovation education and have published many magnificent works. It makes people feel that innovative education is both respectable and awesome, and seems to be far away from our educational reality. In fact, there is an element of innovation in our educational practice almost immediately, and every teacher is consciously or unconsciously innovating. As Mr. Tao Xingzhi said: “Everywhere is created, every day is created, everyone is created!” Thus, innovative education is not mysterious, innovative education is on our side. In order to showcase the innovations our teachers make in their day-to-day work, I deliberately opened the column of “100 examples of innovative education”, which is for all teachers: whether in ideological education or in classroom teaching, whether in class Management or the design of extra-curricular activities, as long as there is innovation, even if it is a fragment, a detail, you can write it down and send it to us. We sincerely hope that teachers can boldly open their minds and show their ideas! The following published articles are about the creation of ordinary teachers.
