采用自制的简易发酵罐,实验室模拟鸡粪好氧堆肥发酵,测定了堆肥全程细菌浓度变化,并根据菌落、个体形态及染色特征等共分离出效应细菌91株,其中升温阶段35株,高温阶段29株,降温阶段27株。同时通过淀粉水解试验、明胶液化试验、油脂水解试验以及纤维素降解试验对效应细菌进行了相关性研究,筛选出降解能力较强的优势高效菌株14株,其中升温阶段5株,高温阶段3株,降温阶段6株,为堆肥生产提供有价值的参考。
A total of 91 strains of effector bacteria were isolated from the aerobic composting of chicken manure by laboratory simple aerobic fermentation in a laboratory. The changes of bacterial concentration in the composting process were also measured. Among them, 35 strains were elevated in temperature stage, 29 stages, 27 stages of cooling stage. At the same time, 14 strains of strains with high degrading ability were screened out through starch hydrolyzation test, gelatin liquefaction test, oil hydrolysis test and cellulose degradation test. Among them, 5 were in warming stage and 3 in high temperature stage , 6 stages of cooling stage, provide valuable reference for the compost production.
