目的:研究左肾静脉解剖走向,探讨左侧精索静脉曲张栓塞治疗最佳路径。材料与方法:对30例下腔静脉、左肾静脉及左侧精索静脉(SV)造影作回顾性分析,测量左肾静脉与下腔静脉之间的夹角,SV在肾静脉内开口与下院静脉侧缘的距离,并对经皮右锁骨下静脉穿刺上腔静脉入路行SV栓塞与经股静脉穿刺下腔静脉入路进行比较。结果:左肾静脉与下院静脉之间夹角为47°~86°,经上腔静脉入路栓塞SV的平均时间为20min,曝光时间为5min;下腔静脉入路手术平均时间110min,曝光时间为46min。结论:从上腔静脉入路栓塞SV的平均时间明显缩短,成功率高,说明从上腔静脉入路为最佳。
Objective: To study the anatomic trend of the left renal vein and to explore the optimal path of left varicocele embolization. Materials and Methods: Thirty cases of inferior vena cava, left renal vein and left spermatic vein (SV) were retrospectively analyzed. The angle between the left renal vein and the inferior vena cava was measured.
