近日中石化与重庆市燃气公司和涪陵区政府等共同出资组建中石化重庆涪陵页岩气勘探开发有限公司、中石化重庆天然气管道有限责任公司和中石化重庆涪陵页岩气销售有限责任公司,这3家公司均已完成内部结构搭建和名称预核准。值得注意的是,今年3月底,中石化还与重庆市燃气公司等共同出资组建合资公司并建设涪陵页岩气LNG工厂。此次中石化成立3家合资公司,试图形成涪陵页岩气勘探开发、管道输配、消纳利用的商用产业链,但页岩气商用仍面临成本高和定价难等问题。
Sinopec Chongqing Fuling Shale Gas Exploration and Development Co., Ltd., Sinopec Chongqing Natural Gas Pipeline Co., Ltd. and Sinopec Chongqing Fuling Shale Gas Sales Co., Ltd. were jointly funded by Sinopec Chongqing Gas Co., Ltd. and Fuling District Government. Sinopec Chongqing Fuling Shale Gas Sales Co., Ltd. Completed internal structure construction and name pre-approval. It is noteworthy that, at the end of March this year, Sinopec and Chongqing Gas Company jointly funded the establishment of a joint venture and the construction of Fuling shale gas LNG plant. The Sinopec set up three joint ventures, trying to form a commercial chain of Fuling shale gas exploration and development, pipeline distribution and consumption, but the shale gas business is still facing high costs and pricing problems.
