目的:观察宁泌泰胶囊联合盐酸多西环素片对溶脲脲原体(Uu)引起的慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法:采用随机对照研究方法,选取Uu阳性的慢性前列腺炎患者240例,随机分为中药组(35例)、西药组(78例)和联合组(127例),连续用药2周,观察临床疗效。中药组口服宁泌泰胶囊,4粒/次,3次/日;西药组口服盐酸多西环素片,100 mg/次,2次/日;联合组口服宁泌泰胶囊,4粒/次,3次/日,并联用盐酸多西环素片,100 mg/次,2次/日。结果:中药组、西药组和联合组Uu转阴率分别为54.3%(19/35),71.8%(56/78)和89.0%(113/127),联合组明显高于中、西药组(P均<0.05)。联合组、西药组和中药组的治愈率分别为25.2%、20.5%和20.0%,总有效率分别为89.0%、71.8%和54.3%,联合组与中药组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宁泌泰胶囊联合盐酸多西环素片治疗Uu阳性的慢性前列腺炎比单用宁泌泰胶囊或盐酸多西环素片疗效好。
Objective: To observe the effect of Ningbitai capsule and doxycycline hyclate on chronic prostatitis caused by Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu). Methods: A total of 240 Uu-positive chronic prostatitis patients were randomly divided into three groups: the traditional Chinese medicine group (35 cases), the western medicine group (78 cases) and the combination group (127 cases) for 2 weeks. The difference between the combined group and the traditional Chinese medicine group was statistically significant (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Ningbitai capsule combined with doxycycline hyclate is effective in treating Uu-positive chronic prostatitis than using Ningbitai capsule or doxycycline hydrochloride alone.
