因药物引发的自身免疫反应致肝细胞损伤,称为药物诱发自身免疫性肝炎。因诱发自身免疫性肝炎发病率低,且临床表现不典型,容易被临床医生所忽视,并且容易和普通药物性肝脏损害混淆。本文报道1例因抗结核药物诱发的自身免疫性肝炎。1病例资料患者女性,46岁,主诉“下腹痛伴尿频1月余”入院。于2014年12月16日入院,无肝病及自身免疫性疾病家族史,无吸烟饮酒史,否认药物食物过敏史。1月余前出现下腹胀痛,伴夜尿,之后间断出现上述症状,
Due to drug-induced autoimmune response to liver cell damage, known as drug-induced autoimmune hepatitis. Because of the low incidence of induced autoimmune hepatitis, and clinical manifestations are not typical, easily overlooked by clinicians, and easily confused with ordinary drug-induced liver damage. This article reports 1 case of anti-TB drug-induced autoimmune hepatitis. A case of female patients, 46-year-old, complained of “abdominal pain with frequent urination more than 1 month” admission. Admitted to hospital on December 16, 2014, had no family history of liver disease and autoimmune diseases, no history of smoking and drinking, and denied a history of drug-food allergies.
