随着科学技术的不断发展和社会的进步,人们的生活水平不断提高,对于物质文化和精神文化的追求也在逐渐改变。其中,数学是一门基础性学科,它对于人们学习、生活和生产有非常重要的作用。小学数学课堂教学有效性的提高,有利于学生全面发展,也促进有关学校的教育事业持续发展。教师教育教学效果的提高有助于学生的数学学习。而教师的教学设计能力是影响教师教育教学效果的最直接和最基本的因素。本文通过对小学数学教师教学设计能力进行研究,分析其中的重要性,对其构成研究,然后提出有效措施促进小学数学教师教学设计能力的提高。
With the continuous development of science and technology and the progress of society, people’s living standards are constantly improving, and the pursuit of material culture and spiritual culture is gradually changing. Among them, mathematics is a basic discipline, which plays a very important role in people’s study, life and production. Improving the effectiveness of primary school mathematics teaching is conducive to the all-round development of students and also promotes the sustainable development of the education in schools. The improvement of teacher education teaching helps students to learn maths. The teacher’s ability of teaching design is the most direct and basic factor that affects the effect of teacher’s education and teaching. In this paper, the primary mathematics teachers ’ability of teaching design is studied, the importance of it is analyzed, and its composition is studied. Then, the author puts forward effective measures to promote the improvement of primary mathematics teachers’ teaching ability.
