呼出气中苯为职业接触苯的特异性生物监测指标。采样方便,易被工人接受。本文用50ml玻璃管采集终末呼出气,于-78℃条件下将苯富集在活性炭上,热解吸至气相色谱仪中测定。本法的最低检出限为0.06m/m~3;样品加标回收率为96.4%～103.5%;C.V.为4.8～5.8%;样品于室温保存可稳定6小时。
Exhaled gas benzene for occupational exposure to benzene specific biological monitoring indicators. Sampling convenience, easy to be accepted by workers. In this paper, a 50ml glass tube was used to collect the final exhaled breath. The benzene was enriched in activated carbon at -78 ℃, and pyrolyzed to gas chromatograph. The detection limit of this method is 0.06m / m ~ 3; the spiked recoveries of samples are 96.4% ~ 103.5%; C.V. is 4.8 ~ 5.8%; the samples can be stored for 6 hours at room temperature.
