温政办〔2013〕69号各县(市、区)人民政府,市各有关单位:为进一步理顺市、县港航管理机构管理职责,根据有关法律法规和《关于印发温州市港航管理局主要职责内设机构和人员编制规定的通知》(温政办〔2011〕180号)精神,经市人民政府研究同意,现将各县(市)港口管理职能明确如下:一、各县(市)港航管理局根据相关法律、法规、规章的规定履行所在行政区域港口行政管理及行业安全管理职能。
