管理竞争栏目系列报道之七-设备管理六边形中“采购和处理”之设备租赁。设备租赁日益受到人们关注,统计数据显示,设备租赁蒸蒸日上,工程车队采购战略中大部分采取了租赁的形式。而其原因和好处则因人而异,有些是出于节省资金、稳定现金流考虑,设备的使用工期有时也起了很大作用,另外有些是出于经济徘徊发展的不确定性。Tier 4法规的实施也是一个因素,但它并没起到想象中那么大的作用。

Equipment rental has drawn increasing attention, statistics show that equipment rental is booming, most of the construction team procurement strategy to take the form of leasing. The reasons and benefits vary from person to person. Some are out of savings and cash flow considerations. The duration of equipment usage sometimes also plays a large role, while others are out of uncertainty about the economy’s vagaries. The implementation of Tier 4 regulations is also a factor, but it has not played such a big part in imagination.
