西安铁路工程(集团)有限责任公司是一个具有铁路桥梁、隧道、电气化、通信信号、地铁和公路、市政、房建等一级资质以及境外经营承包资质的综合性施工企业,现有员工6888名,其中党员2815名,下设15个直属党委(党总支),131个党支部。面对激烈的市场竞争和企业经营机制的转变,我们按照“三个代表”重要思想的要求,围绕企业的中心任务,根据企业的特点,创新党建工作机制,丰富党建工作内容,有力地促进了企业的改革和发展。
