为应我省夏季高温多雨、温度大,“5406”母剂生产容易报废的特点,为解决由于“5406”菌肥使用季节集中而造成的生产与使用的矛盾。我们学习、总结了孢子粉和菌种粉生产工艺的优点,加以综合、改进,试制成功“5406”母剂的开放式生产方法。(用这种生产方法生产的母剂,夹江县的群众称之为菌孢粉),经一年多的实践证明,采用这种生产方法,在高温多雨的夏季,仍能生产出优质的母剂。提高了质量(三级母剂活孢子数可达1—7千亿个/克),降低了成本,生产量也大大提高,十余人的小厂日产三级母剂可达三百余斤。
