平日里,总听到老师们评论:“这节课真精彩”、“这节课一般”、“某个环节太乏味了”等,那么,什么样的课堂才有活力、智慧和情趣,才能让学生真正成为学习的主人,焕发课堂的生命力呢?在长期的教学实践中,我深刻地领悟到,教师的课堂驾驭能力、课堂行为等,直接反映出教师的观念和意识。我们要将这些新的理念进一步内化,用于指导自己的教学。同样的教学内容会因为授课教师的不同、观念的不同,而呈现出千差万别。结合自身实践,现将我总结出的几种方法与大家共同探讨。
Weekdays, always hear the teachers commented: “This lesson is really wonderful ”, “This lesson is generally ”, “Some links are too boring ”, then, what kind of classroom is dynamic , Wisdom and interest in order to make students truly become the masters of learning, to rejuvenate the vitality of the classroom? In the long-term teaching practice, I deeply understand that teachers ’ability to control the classroom and classroom behaviors directly reflect the teachers’ concepts and awareness. We will further internalize these new ideas to guide our own teaching. The same teaching content because of the different teachers, different concepts, and showing a vastly different. With their own practice, now I summed up several ways to discuss with you.
