根据国外老厂改造的经验和鞍钢亟待进行的改造实际,重点论述了鞍钢改造和现代管理的关系。文中从五个方面:①制订好企业的战略规划是企业管理的根本;②要建立一套效率高,具有灵活性的组织机构;③采用现代数理统计方法和先进的计算工具——电子计算机解决企业在经营中的疑难问题;④要应用科学管理的方法和运用管理科学的技术;⑤问题的关键在于科学的决策,说明了在鞍钢改造中采用现代化的科学管理手段和方法的意义。
Based on the experience of the transformation of old factories abroad and the actual reforms that Angang needs to carry out, the relationship between Anshan Steel’s transformation and modern management is discussed.
