云南楚雄臭菜属马鞭草科大青属植物海州常山。拉丁学名是:Clerodendrum trichotomum Thunberg。主要成分包括挥发油类、黄酮类、苯丙素类、生物碱类及糖苷类。“楚雄臭菜”具有药食两用营养作用。
