平菇新菌株“农科5号”系中国科学院育成。安徽省五河食用菌研究所于1998年8月份引进试种,通过3年多的对比试验,均表现菇体肉厚,柄短,盖圆正,光滑油亮,新鲜感强,肉质细腻鲜美。同时由于菇体柔软结实,从而克服了常规品种远途运输易破碎的弊端。该菌株在外界气温15℃以下时,菌盖转色比黑木耳还黑,属目前最典型的黑色食品,倍受消费者青睐。该菌株对培养料的适应性相当广泛,分解基质能力强,各种农作物秸秆如稻麦草、玉米秆、玉米芯、花生壳、棉秆粉等都可用来栽培,棉子壳尤好。产量高,一
A new strain of Pleurotus ìAgriculture No. 5 "is a blessing of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The Wuhe Edible Mushroom Research Institute of Anhui Province introduced the trial planting in August, 1998. After more than three years of comparative experiments, the results showed that the flesh of the mushroom body was thick, with a short stalk, a round cover, a smooth and shiny, strong freshness and delicate meat. At the same time as the mushroom body soft and strong, thus overcoming the shortcomings of conventional varieties of long-distance transport fragmentation.
