5例急性非淋巴细胞性白血病采用自体骨髓移植(ABMT)治疗,其中3例在首次缓解期,1例在第二次缓解期,另1例在第二次复发早期移植。前4例在ABMT 后继续完全缓解8～20个月,另1例,在3个月后又复发死亡。此5例中,仅1例在回输骨髓后第10天并发革兰氏阴性菌(绿脓杆菌)感染,经用抗生素等积极治疗后治愈。
Five cases of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia were treated with autologous bone marrow transplantation (ABMT), of which three were in the first remission, one in the second remission, and the other in the second re-implantation. The first 4 cases continued to be completely relieved 8 to 20 months after ABMT, and the other 1 died of recurrence after 3 months. Of the 5 cases, only 1 case was infected with Gram-negative bacteria (Pseudomonas aeruginosa) on the 10th day after bone marrow was transfused, and was cured after active treatment with antibiotics and the like.
