变应性心肌损伤(亦称心脏“荨麻疹”、心肌血管神经性水肿)是变态反应的临床表现之一。自1980年国内朱氏报告以来,近两年又有个例相继报道。现将笔者所见的皮肤变态反应患者中伴有变应性心肌损伤的19例做一临床分析。临床资料 (一)检查方法及诊断标准对所见的皮肤变态反应患者进行体格检查,心电图检查异常者进行心脏X线、超声心动图及有关化验检查(包括末梢血白细胞计数及分类,ASO,ESR及胆固醇测定),经上述检查除皮肤表现有变态反应外,同时又有心电图改变,经抗过敏治疗症状消失,心电图恢复正
