More and more people are advocating weight-bearing exercises for people with lower extremities dysfunction to promote their daily living activities and early recovery of motor functions. The use of certain assistive devices (such as walking sticks, walking aids, etc.) can reduce the load, thereby promoting tissue recovery and reducing physical exertion in training. The disadvantages of these aids are the inability to accurately measure and control the weight load, and the use of patients with pain or weakness in the upper extremities. The purpose of this article is to analyze the ability of a new device (Zuni training system) to support body weight percentage during walking and running, as well as the relationship between the load-bearing capacity of the plantar areas under different loading conditions.
