水泥地面、特别是底层建筑物的水泥地面,存在着灰、冷、硬、湿和装饰性差等弊病,改变这种弊病的方法很多,主要是铺装和涂装。铺装材料较多,有高档的毛地毯、中档的化纤地毯、拼木地板、塑料地板等,这些材料美观耐用,但造价较高,一般每平方米都要超过10元。涂装材料也不少,目前用得较多的是109地面涂料,这种涂料造价较低,每平方米约2元,但这种涂料耐水耐磨性差,使用期短。近几年来,南京防水材料研制厂研制的聚氨酯地面漆,在水泥地面和木地板的涂装应用中,取得良好的防水耐磨效果,该漆每平方米造价约4元。由于质量好,美观耐用,造价适中,已被大面积推广应用于民用住宅、办公室、工厂
