The kidney is the main target organ of foreign chemicals acting on the human body. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the potential renal toxicity and mechanism of action of chemicals. Although the method of detecting the renal toxicity with whole animal experiment can reflect the degree of renal function and morphological damage to a certain extent, it can not relate the change of function with the degree of morphological damage, lack of accuracy and specificity.
