多点执业就是解放医生的生产力,让优质资源物尽其用,这是顺应市场需求变化的必然现象,符合社会发展规律。面对这种必然,我们目前的观念意识分为两类:一类认识为,解放医生是一种必然。由于社会对优质医疗资源的需求越来越大,优质医疗资源又十分稀缺,医生成才周期长,不让其充分发挥作用是不可能的。我国目前深化改革有两条原则,一是充分发挥

Faced with this inevitability, our current awareness of the concept is divided into two categories: one is the recognition that it is inevitable to liberate a doctor. Due to the growing social demand for quality medical resources and the scarcity of high-quality medical resources, it is impossible for doctors to take full advantage of their long-term success. There are two principles for deepening the reform in our country. First, give full play
