为解决野外大量样品的快速微量分析,在借鉴瑞典生产的 LKB 血液自动比色计的基础上,我们和上海医用分析仪器厂协作,研制了一台分立式自动比色分析仪。本仪器主要由取样加液的稀释器、全自动取样的转移器、以及自动比色测定的双波长自动比色计和数字打印机等四部分组成。本仪器能自动定量取样、加液、自动比色测定、自动数据显示,能分别直读样品的光密度值和浓度值,以及和打印机配套,将结果自动打印输出,并能贮存不同物质样品测定的标准曲线。本仪器配有线性调节电路,能对不符合比耳定律的溶液进行比色测定,还根据双波长系数倍率法的原理,设置了系数倍率电路,实现消去杂质干扰等多种功能。
In order to solve the rapid micro-analysis of a large number of samples in the field, we developed a separate automatic colorimetric analyzer in collaboration with Shanghai Medical Analytical Instrument Factory, based on the LKB automated blood colorimeter manufactured in Sweden. The instrument is mainly composed of a sample diluter, a fully automated sample transfer device and an automatic colorimetric dual wavelength automatic colorimeter and digital printer. The instrument can automatically quantitative sampling, adding liquid, automatic colorimetric determination, automatic data display, respectively, direct reading samples of optical density and concentration values, and supporting the printer, the results will be automatically printed output, and can store different samples of the material measured The standard curve. The instrument is equipped with a linear adjustment circuit, can not match the Beer’s Law colorimetric determination of the solution, but also according to the principle of double-wavelength coefficient magnification method, the coefficient multiplier circuit set to achieve the elimination of impurity interference and other functions.
