苏南在土地改革后不久 ,部分地区曾出现了土地租佃、买卖、抵押、包种、赠送等土地关系变动情况。由于当时地主、二流子被禁止出租和买卖土地 ,富农、中农担心二次土地改革 ,他们一般不敢买进土地 ,贫农、雇农没有能力买进但也不愿卖出土地 ,因此 ,土地改革后土地买卖现象并不普遍。
Shortly after the land reform in southern Jiangsu, land tenure, sale and purchase, mortgage, seed package, gift and other land-related changes occurred in some areas. Since the landlords and the second-home children were forbidden to rent and buy land, the rich peasants and the middle peasants worried that they would not normally buy the land.
